Sheku Bayoh vigil

Mem­bers of Protest in Har­mo­ny joined with many oth­ers the morn­ing of 6 June 2024 in Fes­ti­val Square, for a mass vig­il out­side the Sheku Bay­oh Pub­lic Inquiry hear­ing. The vig­il was sup­port­ed by the Scot­tish Trade Union Con­gress and there were many unions rep­re­sent­ed. PiH sang as peo­ple gath­ered and then sang for Sheku Bay­oh’s fam­i­ly just before they entered the build­ing. We sang the song Pen­ny Stone had com­posed, Sheku Bay­oh Had a Right to Life.
